‘Nutcracker’ and ‘Christmas Wonderland’ at the BJCC

BJCC Birmingham
Celebrate this holiday season at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex with the “Nutcracker” and “Christmas Wonderland.” Both events are fun for the whole family and the perfect way to get in the holiday spirit.

“Nutcracker”

The only thing better than the “Nutcracker” is the Moscow Ballet’s “Great Russian Nutcracker.” There is just a single performance at the BJCC on Saturday, Dec. 3, at 3 p.m. Tickets vary greatly in price but can be as affordable as $31.50.

“Christmas Wonderland”

“Christmas Wonderland” will be in the Concert Hall of the BJCC on Friday, Dec. 16, through Sunday, Dec. 18. The Friday show is at 8 p.m. On Saturday, you can catch performances at 2 p.m. or 8 p.m. The Sunday show is also in the afternoon, at 1 p.m., making it perfect for families. Tickets start at just $30, and even the best seats are only $60. Broadway in Birmingham is presenting the show.

What to Expect

During the performance, you can expect to hear all of your favorite Christmas songs complete with impressive choreography and festive costumes. You will hear and see great renditions of “White Christmas,” “Deck the Halls,” “Winter Wonderland,” “Jingle Bells,” and more. The performance includes Santa and his elves so you will feel as if you are transported right to the North Pole.

Now you just need to figure out how you plan to get to these performances in Birmingham. The team at Long Lewis Ford in Hoover, Alabama, can help you find the perfect vehicle to take you and your family there in comfort.
